RETURNS POLICY

Returns policy is for duration of seven (7) days. After seven (7) days, the Company can’t offer the Customer a refund or exchange and are legally not required to do so.

To qualify for a return, the item to be returned must be in the same condition as what the Customer received it.

The original receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return.

Return exclusions may apply in certain conditions and none or partial refunds may be granted where applicable:

  • Any item that is not in its original condition,
  • Any item that is damaged or has missing components,
  • Any item that is returned after seven (7) days from date of invoice.

When an item is returned for repair, and where applicable; a cost estimate will be provided to the Customer for approval and payment must reflect prior to commencing the repair job.

Repaired items not collected by the Customer with sixty (60) days after completion may be discarded by the Company and at discretion. 

FAULTY GOODS

If a product supplied is found to be defective, the Customer must notify the Company or Reseller within three (3) days from the date of receipt.

Failure to do so may affect eligibility for return or repair or replacement.

Liability is limited to repairing or replacing faulty goods or dispensing any form of credit.

In case of returned goods with no fault found, all related costs will be passed on to the Customer.

REFUNDS

Once a return is received and inspected, correspondence will follow to notify the Customer that the Company received the returned item/s. The Company will notify the Customer of the approval or rejection of refund request.

If a refund request is approved, then the refund will be processed by the Company, and a credit will be applied to the Customer’s account, within a certain number of days.

Refund delays:

  • If a refund is not received by the Customer after two business days, first check bank account again.
  • Contact bank; it may require additional time to process prior to reflecting in account.

SALE ITEMS

Unfortunately, sale items may not be refunded; only regular items may be considered for refund.

EXCHANGES

The Company only replace items if they are defective due to materials and or workmanship.

SHIPPING RETURNS

To return a product, the Customer should courier the product to:

Note: returned goods should be returned weekdays Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 15:00. Pls ensure the courier company takes note of the operating hours.

The cost of shipping the item, the Customer will be responsible for shipping costs.

The Company’s shipping costs are non-refundable. If the Customer receives a refund, the cost of the Company’s shipping will be deducted from the Customers refund.

Subject to location where the Customer lives, the time required for the exchanged product to reach the Customer may vary.

If the Customer is returning more expensive items, the Customer may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. The Company cannot guarantee that we will receive the Customer’s returned item/s.

USER COMPLIANCES

By submitting any form of content on the website, the User grants the Company the right to use, reproduce, modify, and adapt the submissions for fulfilling order requests. Such content provided by a User will remain intellectual property and it will not be used for any other purpose without obtaining explicit consent.

DISCLAIMER

The use of the Website is undertaken entirely at own risk. The User shall accept sole responsibility for any loss or risk arising from such utilisation or reliance on the information provided on the Website.

Whilst the Company endeavour to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the content on the Website, the Company provide no guarantee as to its quality, timeliness, operation, integrity, availability, or functionality.

The Company hereby disclaim any liability for any direct, indirect, or consequential damage, loss, or liability arising from the User access or use of the Website and its content, unless otherwise mandated by applicable law.

The Website and all information provided therein are provided “as is” without any warranty, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, completeness, or non-infringement, as permissible under law.

Any views or statements presented on the Website shall not necessarily reflect the Company’s views or statements.

The Company make no warranty or representation, whether express or implied, that the information or files available on the Website are free from viruses or any other harmful data or code that may disrupt, disable, or compromise the operation, stability, security, functionality, or content of the User’s computer system or network unless arising from the Company’s gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

POPI Disclaimer: The Company respects the User’s right to privacy, and endeavour to conform to the legal requirement of the POPI Act. POPIA regulates the manner in which the Company collect, process, store, share and destroy personal information which the User provide.
